Wigston Dental Care is looking for an enthusiastic, driven practice manager to complement their skilled and experienced team. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for driving your practice's performance by delivering set objectives relating to patient journey, revenue targets, KPIs, and cost management.

You will recruit, retain, and directly manage a team of professional self-employed Clinicians plus employed support staff. A Practice Manager is responsible for audit and financial processes which must be completed to company and CQC standards. You will receive full support and training from the practice principal, whom you will work closely with.

The following skills are essential:

  • Motivation and drive to make the Practice a success
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with colleagues, clinical professionals, customers, and senior management
  • Organisation skills including prioritising important deadlines whilst managing reactive business needs
  • Management experience including conducting one-to-ones, performance reviews, and managing staff development
  • Qualified dental nurse as some nursing duties may be required
  • Implant and Sedation experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years practice management experience preferred
