Levels: Primary and Intermediate (Years 1–8) / Kura Tuarua, Other Senior Leadership

Subjects: English, Health and Physical Education, Learning Languages, Mathematics and Statistics, Science, Social Sciences, Technology, Te Reo Māori, The Arts 3MU

Due to an increasing roll, we are restructuring our school and seeking to employ two phase leaders to guide and support team leaders and teaching teams.

These leaders will collaborate with each other and work closely with the two Deputy Principals and the Principal.

Responsibilities include providing day-to-day support to the phase teams, coaching and mentoring staff, and overseeing assessment and analysis of student progress. More detailed information is available in the attached supporting documents.

Each leader will also take on a curriculum lead role within the school.

These are new roles, with implementation planned for 2026.
