Are you highly organised, great with people, and motivated by keeping operations running smoothly? Join us at IOW Tomatoes, where you’ll play a key role in making sure our production teams always have the materials they need to deliver the very best. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Stores Coordinator to take ownership of goods receipt, stock accuracy, and stock movement across our sites. You’ll be a vital link between warehousing, production, and planning—helping to keep our materials flowing and our operations on track.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the inbound goods receipt process
- Maintaining real-time accuracy in our MRP and stock systems
- Coordinating stock movements between sites
- Supporting both the production kitchen and packhouse production line
- Conducting stock checks, cycle counts, and reconciliations
- Working closely with production and planning to ensure materials are available when needed
- Proactively highlighting risks, shortages, and discrepancies
- Helping drive improvements in stock handling and operational flow
What you’ll bring:
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Counterbalance forklift certification (current or refresher required)
- Ability to coordinate stock across multiple sites
- Experience using MRP or stock management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Confidence working in fast-paced production environments
