We are a small, well-established holiday apartment business in Shanklin looking for a reliable and self-motivated individual to join us. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of the business, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing apartments between guest stays to a high standard
  • Laundry, restocking, and general upkeep
  • Property checks and ensuring everything is guest-ready
  • Occasional guest communication and basic administrative tasks

About You:

  • Reliable, organised, and takes pride in high standards
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Flexible and available to work weekends
  • Based locally or able to travel to Shanklin easily
  • Resilient and quick to problem solve
  • Prior experience desirable.

Hours & Pay:

  • Typically 3–5 days per week, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays
  • Guaranteed minimum of 12 hours per week during quieter periods
  • During peak season, hours typically increase to 20+ per week depending on bookings
  • £13.50-£15.00 per hour, with pay increases as responsibilities grow
