About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and curious Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Support Analyst Apprentice (Level 6) to join our Business Applications & Data Delivery Team. This apprenticeship combines real-world experience with degree-level study in Digital & Technology Solutions (L6). You will gain hands‑on experience across our HERO platform — built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure and supporting cloud services — while developing analytical, technical and professional skills that will underpin your long‑term career in technology. For the right person, there may be the opportunity to move into a permanent role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Business Applications & Data team by triaging user queries, issues and requests
- Assisting in the analysis and reporting of data to provide business intelligence and insight
- Contributing to ensuring the security, quality and integrity of data across business systems
- Supporting configuration, development and maintenance of systems within the HERO project, including Dynamics 365 and related Azure components
- Assisting in creating workflow scripts, automated processes and system integrations
- Supporting change control processes and maintaining documentation
- Helping with system administration tasks, upgrades and scheduled maintenance
- Contributing to monitoring access, security and backups for applications and datasets
- Working with suppliers, internal teams and contractors
- Following guidance on data privacy, compliance and security protocols
- Participating in training, development and professional learning throughout the apprenticeship
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine interest in technology, data and problem‑solving
- Strong motivation to learn and develop new skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow processes and work methodically
- 5 GCSEs at grades 4 – 9 (C or above) including English Language and Maths
- Ideally 2 A-Levels or Level 3 equivalent in relevant subjects
- Candidates living on — or willing to relocate to — the Isle of Wight
- We welcome candidates with less direct experience who can demonstrate enthusiasm, curiosity and commitment to learning
- You will need to select an appropriate degree pathway from an approved list, with guidance from your manager
Employment for the duration of the apprenticeship
Starting salary: £16,000–£18,000, depending on prior training and experience
