Victoria House care home is a small 20 bed residential home, located by the sea front in Ryde.
We\βre looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Administrator to join our warm and dedicated care home team.
This vital role helps ensure the smooth running of our home behind the scenes, supporting our residents and staff with efficent administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately manage payroll, inputting timesheets and ensure staff are paid on time
* Prepare and send invoices and handle incoming payments
* Maintain clear and up to date records
* Prepare and send weekly supplier invoices to the owners β ensure these are paid on time
* Handle petty cash, and all banking requirements responsibly and securely
* Assist with general admin duties
What we\βre looking for:
* Previous admin experience (preferably in a care setting)
* A good understanding of financial processes such as payroll and invoicing
* Excellent attention to detail and record keeping skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel)
* A caring nature and a respectful, discreet approach to working with confidential information
* Organised, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Hours of work:
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week.
9am β 3pm
