We’re looking for an experienced Refit, Yard Services & After-Sales Lead to join the team at Wight Shipyard Co. and support the continued development of our refit and through-life vessel services. This varied, customer-focused position will oversee vessel refit projects, yard services and post-delivery support, from initial quotation and planning through to project execution and after-sales service. You'll work closely with clients, our internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong project management and commercial experience
  • Experience in refit, maintenance or repair projects
  • Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
  • A marine, engineering or related technical background

The role can be based at our shipyard in East Cowes on the Isle of Wight or our Southampton office. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality marine projects and developing long-term relationships with customers, we’d like to hear from you.
