Care and Support Worker – Block Hours & Community Care

Location: Ryde, Isle of Wight

Hours: Block Hours with One Main Client + Community-Based Shifts

Pay: Competitive rates

We are looking for a caring, reliable, and committed Care and Support Worker to join our domiciliary care team in Ryde.

About the Role

The majority of this role will involve working block hours with one main client, allowing you to provide consistent, person-centred care and build a strong, trusting relationship. Various shifts available to include weekend working. In addition, the role will also include at least one community-based shift, supporting other clients in their own homes. This role would suit someone who values continuity of care but is also happy to support a wider range of clients when required.

  • Personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting
