About Us: We are a busy and friendly domiciliary care agency dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to people in their own homes. We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to join our team and support the smooth running of our office.
Role Overview: As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the service. This is a varied role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 2:00pm (25 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and handling enquiries professionally
- Maintaining accurate records and client files
- Assisting with recruitment administration (e.g. onboarding paperwork, referrals)
- Liaising with care staff, clients, and external professionals
- General office duties including filing, emails, and data entry
About You:
- Previous administrative experience (preferably in care or a similar setting)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
