We are looking for compassionate and dependable Care Assistants to join our domiciliary care team, supporting clients in the community across the Isle of Wight.

About the Role

This is a community-based role, supporting a range of clients in their own homes. You will travel between visits, providing essential care and support to help individuals remain independent and comfortable in familiar surroundings. No two days are the same, and you will play a vital role in supporting a variety of people with different needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting
  • Medication support
  • Meal preparation
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Light household tasks
  • Travelling between clients’ homes to deliver care
