About Us: We are a busy and friendly domiciliary care agency dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to people in their own homes. We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to join our team and support the smooth running of our office.

Role Overview: As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the service. This is a varied role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 2:00pm (25 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and handling enquiries professionally
  • Maintaining accurate records and client files
  • Assisting with recruitment administration (e.g. onboarding paperwork, referrals)
  • Liaising with care staff, clients, and external professionals
  • General office duties including filing, emails, and data entry

About You:

  • Previous administrative experience (preferably in care or a similar setting)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A friendly, professional, and proactive approach
