Wight Healthcare is seeking a motivated Healthcare Support Worker to join the Community Mental Health Team in Winchester.

This role involves delivering recovery-focused care within the CMHT and supporting patients in the community, with carers and families involved to promote independence and positive outcomes.

Working hours are 9-5, Monday to Friday. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required to travel to patients’ homes and community settings as part of the role.
