We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Charge Nurse to join our lively and busy multi-disciplinary team at Rosemary Ward in Melbury Lodge. Melbury Lodge has two adult acute wards - Rosemary Ward offering care for up to 13 female patients and Sherwood Ward offering care for up to 13 male patients. It also houses Snowdrop Ward (Older Person Mental Health Ward) and Clover Ward (Mother and Baby Ward). Melbury Lodge is based in Winchester and provides care for the needs of service users across Hampshire. We provide care and treatment to service users who are experiencing an acute mental health crisis and require a period of hospital care to support their recovery.

We are looking to appoint an experienced RMN who is committed to leading and delivering high quality patient care. The successful applicant will be committed to supporting service users, their families with their recovery and staff members and will be based on Rosemary Ward.
