We are seeking to recruit highly motivated and innovative practitioners to train as Health Visitors and deliver great service to our children and families in Hampshire and Isle of Wight. Are you passionate about improving the lives of children and families within Hampshire and the Isle of Wight? Do you want to make a difference and feel valued in your work? Specialist Community Public Health Nurses (SCPHNs) work at individual, community and population level in a preventative social model of health, designed to empower families to take control of and improve their own health and wellbeing.
Successful applicants must have a minimum of a 2:2 honours degree. Applicants who have a Diploma in Education or a bachelor's degree with a lower grade may be considered using the University of Surrey Advanced Standing process.
Please note you need to have an NMC registration before starting the course and a full driving licence including business car insurance and use of a vehicle. This post is subject to Occupational Health Clearance and an enhanced DBS check.
Successful candidates need to commence this full-time course in October 2026 to be completed by October 2027 with University of Surrey.
