As a team, we are passionate about providing a service of the highest quality that is safe, effective, compassionate and responsive.

We are a multi-disciplinary, integrated service including Peer Workers, Employment Specialists and a Recovery and GP Stepdown Lead. We also work closely with our colleagues based in the Primary Care Networks.

We have a 12 month secondment opportunity for an experienced Mental Health Nurse or Dual Trained Mental Health and Adult General Nurse to join our team in the Health and Wellbeing Clinic. This is a city-wide service based within College Keep, that provides a service to patients with severe or enduring mental health needs who are under the three Community Mental Health Teams in Southampton: Central, East, and West.
