The Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team in Southampton are truly multidisciplinary with practitioners from a variety of disciplines and backgrounds.
As a team, we support individuals with acute mental health needs requiring intensive input to remain in the community.
The team also works collaboratively with our colleagues on the wards at Antelope House to help reduce the amount of time patients remain in hospital by offering support via hospital at home.
