The post holder will serve as a key member of the Resuscitation Service, providing Resuscitation training and will be a knowledge expert on resuscitation and the management of deterioration. The post holder will support the education, professional development and training needs of staff concerning resuscitation and management of deterioration of clinical staff across Hampshire and IOW NHSFT, and where appropriate, external organisations/Families.
They will work closely with the senior Divisional Resuscitation Officers/Educators providing:
- BLS
- ILS (Adult & Paediatric)
- DILS
- In Service Simulation
- Debrief support
- Family Training related to BLS
- Specialised advice and support to the organisation related to the management of deterioration and resuscitation
