We have exciting opportunities for Rehabilitation Assistants in our Community Therapy Teams in both Waterside/Totton & Southern Parishes(Hedge End, Bursledon & Netley).
We're looking for someone who's enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to support people in their own homes through rehabilitation.
You'll be part of a friendly, multidisciplinary team where your contribution truly matters.
You will support patients in maximizing their independence at home and within the community by assisting with exercise programs and providing essential equipment.
As a Rehab Assistant, you'll work under the guidance of experienced Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists, and you will also work alongside Community Nurses and Frailty Services.
Our aim is to provide high quality, safe services which improve the health, wellbeing and independence of the people we care for.
We deliver these services to our community so you will feel a real sense of achievement and that your work makes a difference to local people's lives..
