Would you like to make a real difference to children's health and reduce health inequalities? We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Immunisation Improvement Nurse to join our newly established Improving Immunisation Uptake (IIU) Team. This innovative role has been created to improve childhood vaccination coverage and reduce inequalities across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

This is a varied, influential role combining clinical expertise, family engagement, data informed improvement and system working. You will work closely with GP practices, Child Health Information Services (CHIS), Public Health Nursing teams, NHS England and School Aged Immunisation Services to support sustainable improvements in vaccination uptake.
