The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.

These exciting opportunities will enable the successful candidates to gain more experience of supporting people to develop, retain or regain independent living skills that have been disrupted through the experience of living with mental illness.

Early Intervention in Psychosis Team (EIP)

Based at Cannon House.

You will support the service user with their mental and physical health using NICE recommended interventions for psychosis and to support service users in the transition from inpatient to community setting.

Mental health work experience is required for this role.

Homeless Healthcare

Based at College Keep.

You will build trusting relationships, offer day to day support, and help individuals access healthcare, housing, and recovery pathways supporting people facing homelessness, mental ill health, and substance use.

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.

This role is 30 hours a week.

Forest Lodge

We proactively support residents experiencing mental health and associated difficulties to improve and/or maintain their health and wellbeing, and social inclusion, promoting the principles of recovery, choice, and personalisation at all times.

This is a 24/7 service following a shift pattern.
