HIOW Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust are excited to be expanding their Mental Health in Schools provision to 100% coverage over the next three years and looking to strengthen our strong and innovative leadership team through recruitment to a Head of Clinical Service role dedicated specifically to MHST.
The Head of Clinical Services will provide strong, compassionate leadership and operational oversight of the MHST portfolio across Hampshire and the IOW. Ensuring the development of the service is clinically led and responsive to the needs of children and young people, with governance and performance that is aligned with the national protocol.
The role will ensure the maintenance of the excellent practice and outcomes of our currently existing teams, whilst working collaboratively with our ICB and system partners to mobilise 17 new teams over the next three years.
To achieve this, we are seeking to recruit a value-based leader in line with the Trusts CARE values (compassion, accountability, respect and excellence) with experience of successfully leading in large organisations and through periods of change.
