We are looking for Registered Nurses and Midwives to join our Health Visiting team as a Community Health Nurse (CHN) in Southampton City supporting children, young people and families in their own homes and community settings.

We welcome applications from all Registered Nurses, Adult, Child, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, and Registered Midwives.

You will work with children aged 0-5 and their families, alongside experienced Health Visitors to deliver the Healthy Child Programme (DH 2021).

The Healthy Child Programme offers every family an evidence-based programme of interventions including screening tests, immunisations, developmental reviews and information and guidance to support parenting and healthy choices.

This role will draw on your previous knowledge and skills to ensure the best outcomes are achieved and care is delivered to children and families in Southampton at the right time and in the right place by the right professional.
