An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the Petersfield and Bordon Community Occupational Therapy service, which works within the larger integrated care model. You will be joining a leading organization that is both forward thinking and innovative. Hampshire & Isle of Wight Foundation Trust is committed to improving the quality of community health services across Hampshire and takes pride in rewarding the success of its staff. The applicant is afforded structured professional supervision and an annual appraisal.

This Occupational Therapist position is designed to contribute to avoiding hospital admission, rehabilitation/re-ablement, facilitating and maintaining patients in their own homes. Clients accessing this service will be predominantly (but not exclusively) in the elderly care group (over 65). This post offers the opportunity to work closely with all members of the MDT both in primary, secondary care, Adult Services as well as working closely with care/nursing home staff.

At present, the Trust is unable to offer Skilled Worker visa sponsorship for this post. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application.
