Band 6 Senior Community Nurse

If so, we would like to hear from you as we are recruiting for a Band 6 Senior Community Nurse to join our team.
You should share our passion and drive to ensure that our patients receive quality and compassionate care in their homes and whilst temporarily residing in Community Rehabilitation Beds.
You will be supported to work with the senior nurses across the localities who will ensure that you are given all possible opportunities for learning and development.
We are looking for someone who can show us that they are a team player and are committed to the profession.
Today's Senior Community Nurse role is complex and involves clinical practice as well as leadership, management, operational and educational responsibilities.
Please note that all staff are required to work across localities and travel to the mainland as necessary.
A current full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle for work and business insurance are required to carry out this role
