Wight Healthcare is seeking a Rehabilitation professional to join the 18-bed inpatient unit at Romsey Community Hospital. The role focuses on assessing, treating and managing a rehabilitation caseload to restore independence and support safe discharge.
You will work closely with Occupational Therapists, Rehabilitation Assistants and community teams to deliver patient-centred programmes and contribute to a holistic multidisciplinary approach. Supervision of juniors and CPD are expected.
