Are you passionate about care of adults with frailty and mobility needs? Do you like working with people in their own homes? Are you looking to develop a career in rehabilitation or already experienced in that field? Then this post is for you!
We need a Rehabilitation Practitioner to join our Community Rehab Team. The successful applicant will work with patients at home across Portsmouth delivering rehabilitation. You will work with other physiotherapists and Physiotherapy Associate Practitioners and on your own.
Our team is a friendly, supportive team that strives at all times to work to our Trust values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence. We will provide you with excellent induction, clinical supervision and training.
At present, the Trust is unable to offer Skilled Worker visa sponsorship for this post. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application.
