Wight Healthcare in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight is seeking a Personalisation and Personal Health Budget Practitioner who is passionate about client care and collaboration with clinical teams. You will maximise PHB take-up, support care and support plan development, and monitor client financial information with guidance to empower people with complex health needs to live their best lives.
Experience with PHBs and accounting is helpful, but we will support the right candidate to develop.
