We're recruiting Consultant Psychiatrists to join our dynamic CMHTs, offering a flexible hybrid working model designed to support both your professional excellence and work-life balance. These are replacement posts, newly reimagined to provide innovative hybrid opportunities, while also welcoming candidates who prefer a traditional on site role. You'll be based within our Portsmouth & South Hampshire Division, working in the Gosport or Fareham teams.
What we offer:
- 30,000 Golden Hello (subject to T&Cs)
- Hybrid working with minimum of an average of 3 days on site per week
- 1.5 SPA + opportunity for additional SPA (research, leadership, teaching)
- Opportunities for remote and occasional overseas working (subject to approval)
- Involvement in teaching with the Universities of Portsmouth & Southampton
