We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our service, delivering high quality, person-centred care to patients in their homes & community settings.
As a Band 6 OT, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive rehabilitation & therapy interventions, supporting individuals to achieve their goals & maintain independence.
You will manage a varied caseload, including complex cases, and contribute to service development & quality improvement initiatives.
You'll be joining a supportive team known for its collaborative spirit & commitment to patient-centred care.

Our team is deeply embedded in the Lymington & New Milton community, making a real difference to the lives of local people.
You'll work collaboratively with other teams to support complex care needs, prevent hospital admissions, and facilitate timely discharges.

We would also consider applications for a development post - for an Occupational Therapist who has gained some experience at Band 5 and is ready to progress to Band 6.
This will include a structured progression plan over a 12-month period, subject to meeting agreed competencies.
