Wight Healthcare seeks an enthusiastic Nurse to join the Community Stroke Therapy Team in the New Forest.

You will apply your stroke knowledge and clinical expertise to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across the Hampshire area.

Responsibilities include holistic assessments, rehabilitation support, and 6-week/6-month post-stroke reviews.

Applicants with 2 years stroke/neuro experience are preferred; NHS Hampshire & Isle of Wight system applicants only are welcome.
