An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time experienced Registered Mental Health Band 6 nurse to join our community mental health team for older adults in the Totton and Hythe area.
Our experienced MDT are innovative and forward-thinking, offering opportunities for the successful candidate to work across Memory Assessment Service/CMHT and In-Reach pathways to deliver high-quality person-centred care to our client group and their carers and families.
The New Forest is a beautiful and vibrant place to work and live with good access to the coast and other amenities. We encourage and support professional development with the nearby Universities of Bournemouth and Southampton providing a range of courses and opportunities (including Non-Medical Prescribing) for enhancing skills and knowledge to support career progression.
We are open to flexible ways of working with hybrid working (a mixture of face-to-face and telephone assessments) to help balance your work and home life.
