The predicted salary is between 29970 - 36483 Β£ per year.

This is a fixed term role at 0.8 WTE which equates 30 hrs per week.

The post is based solely on the acute wards at St Marys Hospital on the Isle of Wight.

The successful applicant will have NHS experience and be able to work as part of a team.

To enhance health and well-being by facilitating high quality meaningful activity care to patients with healthcare needs in the inpatient and/or community rehabilitation setting across a seven-day service and support orthopaedic weekend rota as required.

The post is vital to facilitate, as far as possible, each client's return to maximum function and independence through working directly with patients independently, carrying out a range of therapeutic interventions.

This intervention has a significant impact on the wider economy in reducing length of stay in hospital, admissions and re-admissions, residential placements through both social care and continuing health care, domiciliary care packages as well as improving health outcomes.
