We are seeking an experienced and dynamic lead to provide senior professional leadership for the health contribution to Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. This is a pivotal senior safeguarding role, responsible for leading and coordinating timely, proportionate and high quality health input into multiagency safeguarding decision making.
The postholder will work within co-located multiagency environments, providing expert clinical oversight, professional challenge and strategic influence, to safeguard children effectively. The health lead for MASH will also contribute to the wider strategic safeguarding agenda, supporting strong multiagency arrangements and continuous service improvement.
