Wight Healthcare is seeking a practitioner who can work autonomously within an integrated team to provide comprehensive mental health assessments for children and young people in crisis. You will develop detailed risk management plans, make referrals to partner services, and contribute to discharge planning meetings with specialist input.

The role covers shift work across a 7-day period, with hours 9am–10pm on weekdays and 9am–5pm on weekends and bank holidays; flexible patterns available.
