We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly skilled Lead Nurse to join our Children and Adolescent Eating Disorder (CAED) Service.
This is a pivotal leadership role within a specialist multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality, evidence-based care to children and young people experiencing eating disorders and their families.
As Lead Nurse, you will bring advanced clinical expertise, strong leadership capability, and a passion for delivering outstanding care within a collaborative, recovery-focused service.
The Lead Nurse will provide advanced clinical assessment, formulation, and intervention for children and adolescents with eating disorders, including complex and high-risk presentations.
While also providing clinical expertise and resource for the team, ensuring care is aligned with current best practice, national guidance, and evidence-based models.
Working alongside the Team Manager to provide strong clinical and professional leadership to the nursing workforce, overseeing workforce development, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
Promote a culture of learning, reflection, and continuous improvement, supporting staff wellbeing and professional growth.
The role will be part of a specialist, forward-thinking service dedicated to improving outcomes for young people.
