Wight Healthcare is seeking an experienced Lead Nurse to join the CAED Service in the UK. You will provide advanced clinical assessment, lead a multidisciplinary team, and drive high-quality, evidence-based care for children and young people with eating disorders and their families.

Working with the Team Manager, you will oversee workforce development, recruitment, retention and succession planning, while fostering a culture of learning, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
