The care provided by all the nursing staff who visited was outstanding. We are looking to recruit into our community teams in Winchester City and Coldon Common. You can make that difference and contribute to the provision of high-quality care, within a variety of community settings, which include the patient\'s home and clinic settings.
The successful post holder will be required to work with a high degree of autonomy and professional accountability. You will be committed to working within a generic competency framework that enables you to have the clinical skills to work as a valued member of the team. You will utilise a skill set in wound care, palliative care, end of life care as well as many others.
