We are seeking an inspirational Head of Quality and Governance to provide visible, credible and compassionate clinical leadership across our Primary Care sub‑division. This is a senior leadership role for an experienced registered dental professional who is passionate about quality, safety and governance, and who thrives on working at both strategic and frontline levels. You will play a pivotal role in shaping high quality, recovery focused and person‑centred services, ensuring the very best outcomes for the people who use our services and for our staff.
You will be:
- A registered nurse, educated to Masters level or equivalent experience
- An accomplished senior clinical leader with a strong track record in quality, governance and service improvement
- Confident working across organisational boundaries and influencing at senior levels
- Experienced in managing clinical risk, regulatory frameworks and complex operational pressures
