We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, compassionate, and highly motivated psychologist to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) as a Senior Clinical Psychologist.
This position is substantive, full-time (37.5 hours per week) and based within the Havant and Petersfield CAMHS Team.
We are a welcoming, supportive, and vibrant multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to children, young people, and families.
In this leadership role, you will provide clinical and professional leadership to the local psychology team while contributing to the ongoing development of our service.
This role offers opportunities to further develop your clinical interests, whether in specific therapeutic approaches or specialist presentations.
As a member of the local leadership team, you will contribute to service development, clinical governance, workforce development, and the promotion of high standards of care across the service.
Professional Development and Support
You will receive regular clinical and professional supervision from a Principal Practitioner Psychologist and will have opportunities to collaborate with psychology colleagues across the Trust.
As part of our county-wide psychology network, you will contribute to innovative service developments and help ensure that psychological thinking remains central to the care we provide.
