We are delighted to be able to offer a Band 7 post to a dynamic and caring psychologist with a passion for working with children and families.
This is a full time, permanent post based in the Havant & Petersfield CAMHS team.
We are a warm and compassionate multi-disciplinary team who are united in the commitment to provide the highest quality care to the children, young people and families using our service.
In HIOW CAMHS we follow a Stepped Care Model which includes Single Point of Access, Early Help, and Community Teams alongside the full range of specialist CAMHS services.
We have well developed assessment and treatment pathways to ensure an evidence based and consistent services.
You will join a small team of child psychologists and receive regular supervision from a Senior Practitioner Psychologist.
You will be part of the county wide psychology team, making innovative contributions to ongoing service improvement and compassionate care, and we work towards ensuring that psychology is at the heart of everything that we do.
There are many opportunities to access further training and we have an excellent record in developing our workforce.
We work closely with Southampton University offering placements to trainee clinical psychologists and would support the successful candidate to provide these placements.
