Join our dynamic Community Therapy Team and make a real impact within a service designed to be responsive, safe, effective and compassionate. Rooted in the heart of the local community, our model ensures patients receive care that truly reflects their needs through a clear point of access, proactive case management and coproduction with service users.

Working as part of an integrated team, you will contribute to a joined-up approach that collaborates with GP practices, multidisciplinary colleagues and community partners to deliver outstanding care.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

In this role, you will independently assess and manage your own varied caseload, including complex presentations, while maintaining high-quality clinical records as an autonomous practitioner. You will support senior staff by supervising junior colleagues, assistants and students, and help with the day-to-day running of the service—including deputising for the Team Leader when needed. You will play an active part in service development, ensuring the team continues to deliver efficient, effective therapy provision. Working across the locality, you will contribute to interdisciplinary learning and practice, building shared skills through an agreed competency framework. This role also offers the opportunity to develop and utilise specialist therapy expertise within a five or seven-day service rota, enabling you to grow professionally while delivering care that truly matters.

Employment Details

This is a part-time role for 3 days per week (22.5 hours).
