We're recruiting Consultant Psychiatrists to join our dynamic CMHTs, offering a flexible hybrid working model designed to support both your professional excellence and work–life balance. These are replacement posts, newly reimagined to provide innovative hybrid opportunities, while also welcoming candidates who prefer a traditional on‑site role. You'll be based within our Portsmouth & South Hampshire Division, working in the Gosport or Fareham teams.

What we offer:

  • 30,000 Golden Hello (subject to T&Cs)
  • Hybrid working with minimum of an average of 3 days on‑site per week
  • 1.5 SPA + opportunity for additional SPA (research, leadership, teaching)
  • Opportunities for remote and occasional overseas working (subject to approval)
  • Involvement in teaching with the Universities of Portsmouth & Southampton

You’ll provide clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary team, delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care while contributing to supervision, education, service development, and clinical governance. You’ll help foster a culture of openness, innovation, and continuous improvement.
