Join Our Team and Make a Difference. Are you dedicated to delivering compassionate, person-centred care in a dynamic and supportive environment? We are looking for Mental Health Practitioners to join our dedicated team at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering intensive, home-based treatment as a viable alternative to hospital admission. You will support patients and their families at critical points in their care journey, helping reduce the need for inpatient stays and promoting recovery and independence in the community.

About You

  • You will be a registered mental health professional (e.g., RMN, Social Worker, OT) with:
  • Experience working in acute or crisis mental health settings
  • Excellent assessment, risk management, and clinical decision-making skills
  • A flexible and resilient approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A strong commitment to recovery-oriented and person-centred care
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel across the region required)
