We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Nurse or Allied Health Professional to join our dynamic Specialist Falls Service. The successful candidate will become part of a trust-wide team that plays a pivotal role in delivering our organisation's falls prevention agenda. This work directly supports the wider system's frailty transformation programme, making a meaningful impact across our communities.

While previous experience in falls assessment and rehabilitation is desirable, this role is also ideal for newly qualified professionals with a keen interest in this area. It offers a bespoke development opportunity, with training and supervision provided on the job.
