This post offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Psychiatrist to support the newly established Hampshire & Isle of Wight NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be expected to provide active consultant leadership and oversight to the Community Adult Learning Disability Service on the Isle of Wight.

The Community Adult Learning Disability Team is fully multi-disciplinary, with psychology, nursing, OT, Physio, and a new Art Therapy role soon to be introduced. The Team is dedicated and friendly and works closely with the team of experts by experience and wider system colleagues and services within Hampshire & Isle of Wight NHS Foundation Trust and the Isle of Wight NHS Trust.

The team are also expecting investment to develop an Intensive Support Team/function in coming months which will be a valuable addition to the range of services offered.
