We are a busy, friendly team who welcome new team members. All our staff contribute to the ongoing development of the services we provide. We are seeking either newly qualified and or experienced nurses to provide complex care and treatment to adults living in the area who have long-term or complex health needs.

You will work in a multi-disciplinary way alongside a number of specialist services, including those in the community, social and voluntary services. We have an excellent learning and development programme to help further develop your clinical and leadership skills. The Trust recognises that supporting, developing their staff leads to outstanding patient care and staff satisfaction.

You will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating your allocated work on a day-to-day basis ensuring patients are cared for and prioritised according to clinical need and that holistic assessment and care plans are recorded.
