Hampshire and Isle of Wight NHS Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Healthcare Support Worker to join our Community Nursing Service across Hampshire in a permanent role.
You will support patients in their homes, with services operating 8am-8pm, seven days a week.
Applicants must have a full driving license and access to a vehicle.
The Trust cannot offer Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
