The predicted salary is between 37338 - 44962 Β£ per year.
We are looking for a practitioner who is confident working autonomously and accountably within an integrated team.
You will provide comprehensive mental health assessment for children and young people who are in crisis, formulating detailed risk management plans and making referrals to partner agencies and services.
You will thrive on working with a wide range of Children, Young People, Families, teams and services.
You will be adaptable, able to meet the changing needs of individuals, teams and networks.
You will provide a high level of specialist mental health advice and input within discharge planning meetings.
You will also be able to offer post-assessment reviews, psycho-social interventions, and self-harm minimisation tools, to effectively manage risk and support a young person's safety within the community.
The role involves shift work, over a 7-day period.
Covering hours of 9am-10pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm weekends and bank holidays.
Flexible working pattern available on request.
