Overview
Applications are invited from motivated and reliable individuals to join the team at Parklands Hospital as a Patient's Bank Cashier within the Site Management Team.
This is a part-time role (16 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
Responsibilities
- Provide an accurate, efficient, and confidential service managing patient monies, property, and income.
- Maintain financial records, handle cash, respond to enquiries from patients, relatives and staff, and support reception services as required.
Qualifications
- Work independently and as part of a team, following Trust financial procedures and demonstrating a high level of professionalism.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with the public in a sensitive and respectful manner; experience of finance or cash handling.
- Demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines, with behaviours aligned to the Trust's CARE values: Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.
