Wight Healthcare is recruiting a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join a newly established Community Rehabilitation Team (CRT) within the Mid and North Hampshire Division.
This role is suitable for a newly qualified or early-career OT to develop skills within a specialist community mental health rehabilitation service, supporting adults with complex needs to build independence, develop daily living skills and sustain recovery in the community.
